1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our store is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their trade or profession.


2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may add items to your cart without obligation and make corrections at any time before submitting your order. The purchase agreement is concluded by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.


3. Contract Language & Storage

The contract is concluded in English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms of Service by email. You can access previous orders via your customer login.


4. Delivery Conditions

We offer free shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
Delivery is made by mail order only. Collection by the customer is not possible.


5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our online store:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal & PayPal Express
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Detailed instructions and any additional terms (e.g. PayPal terms) will be provided during checkout.


6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


7. Warranty & Guarantees

Unless otherwise expressly stated, statutory warranty rights apply under applicable consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand.

This includes your right to a remedy (repair or replacement) if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Additional warranties (if offered) will be stated with the respective product or on dedicated information pages.


8. Liability

We are fully liable for damages:

  • in the event of injury to life, body or health
  • due to intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • under any agreed warranty
  • where required under the applicable product liability law

For breaches of essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. All further liability claims are excluded.


9. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
Australian and New Zealand consumers may have access to consumer protection bodies or public regulators if needed.
